First visit

We’re excited to welcome you to Solfire! To help you make the most of your experience, here are a few tips:

  • Arrive early: Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before class. This gives you plenty of time to sign in, get settled, and relax.

  • Bring your essentials: A yoga mat, towel, and water are all you need. Forgot something? No problem! We offer complimentary yoga mats, $5 mat towel rentals, and $2 sweat towel rentals.

  • Dress comfortably: Wear clothes that allow you to move with ease.

  • Keep it fresh: Good hygiene is appreciated, but please skip the fragrances.

  • Check in: Use the tablet at the front desk to check in, and let us know if it’s your first time here—we’d love to help!

  • Store your belongings: Leave your phone (ringer off, please!) and shoes in a cubby.

  • Communicate with your teacher: If you’re recovering from an injury or need to leave class early, let the teacher know so they can guide you or suggest modifications.

  • Respect the vibe: Keep conversations quiet before and after class to honor everyone’s need for relaxation.

  • Be proud of showing up, enjoy your practice, and most importantly, have fun!
