Arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to class so you have time to sign in, settle in, and relax.
Check yourself in on the iPad at the front desk
Please remove your shoes before entering the practice studio
Please turn off cell phones
Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water to class. We have mats and towels for you to rent ($4 each).
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move your body
Good hygiene (no fragrance, please) is always appreciated!
Let your yoga teachers know if you are recovering from an injury so they can suggest modifications
Speak quietly before and after class to honor and respect those who need space to relax before practicing
Be grateful that you showed up, enjoy the process of your practice, and have fun!
